For all services listed on our website, a 100% payment upfront is required. Customers are responsible for covering any transaction fees, applicable taxes, or other associated charges. No project will commence until full payment has been processed.

  1. Project Requirements

Prior to starting any project, EcomFlow Solution will confirm all project requirements with you. Any disputes about service scope or delivery will be resolved based on these agreed-upon requirements and industry best practices.

  1. Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • Full refunds may be requested before the commencement of the project.
  • Once a project has started, refunds (if approved) will be issued after deducting any applicable transaction fees.
  • Refunds are not available for services purchased under limited-time or discounted offers.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the delivered service, you may request a refund within 5 days of order completion. The refund will be proportionate, reflecting our unlimited revision policy and efforts to fulfill the service.
  • Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after the service has been provided.
  • If no refund request is made within 5 days post-delivery, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the service.
